The Super Saver chain has been in existence over 25 years in the state of NJ. Being one of the oldest chains in NJ, we were founded by Herb Gottlieb way back in 1982 and the company has been under my ownership since September of 2006. All of our stores are independently owned and operated, but none will settle for anything less than a great experience for each and every one of you.

Even at the age of 26, I have spent more than 15 years in this business because I grew up in it. I was strapping 6-packs only weeks after first stepping foot in this country and have only expanded my knowledge ever since.

I hope to combine my practical experience in the business with my ever growing knowledge about wine in order to create a positive experience for my customers every time they step foot into one of my stores. I am a certified member of the Sommelier Society of America and also hold an Advanced Certificate from the premier wine education organization in the world, the Wine & Spirit Education Trust in London.

I also have the luxury of employing some of the best minds in the business within my organization. Bill Hoffman and Other managers have over 40 years of combined experience in the business and are the people that are responsible for the selection and maintenance of the thousands of wines that our stores offer to our customers.

We will be undergoing some major changes in the near future and I hope that they will lead to a better experience for all of you. We are shifting our focus from being a "liquor warehouse" to becoming fine wine shops that happen to have warehouse prices. We are also re-vamping our website so that you can easily shop our stores online in the convenience of your own home. Soon, you will be able to order products and either pick them up at the store, or have them shipped where allowable by law.
